  • Who is the tenant?

    APG becomes your tenant. We take on all contractual responsibilities, not just the payments of the Rent. For instance: should the person residing in the property refuse to vacate it at the end of their Contract or break the terms of the agreement, causing the need for legal action, all costs involved in Perusing such action will be met by us.


    How does the rent guarantee scheme work?

    We offer you a fixed, guaranteed rent for your residential properties. For a fixed term, usually 2 years or longer. During this time we sublet the property, often to local Authorities or professionals and treat the property ‘as our own’. The rent is paid to you whether the Property is vacant or occupied and you can cease worrying about all the management related hassle for the entire term of the agreement.

  • Is my property suitable?

    Unlike others offering guaranteed rent, we will consider any property in reasonable condition. We often take on properties that need complete refurbishments or renovating before they meet the market demands; we take care of the job at no extra cost to the landlord.


    What sort of rent do you pay?

    We look at the market rate of your property and then deduct our margin. Often, we can see an angle on your property, this can increase the rent, allowing us to offer you a competitive figure.
